Immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant in Vernon, CA who possesses:
  • Great Customer and Communication Skills, reliable, fast learner, eager to learn more than what is put in front of them
  • MS Office: Word, Excel
  • Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish/English
  • Understanding of Warehouse Roles a plus+

FULL DUTIES:

In Office Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
 
  • Strong Computer skills in MS Office Word, Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and take direction well - will be assisting in multiple departments, mainly for warehouse
  • Clerical duties: fax, file, email, organize, order supplies
  • Will be assisting in recruiting for various warehouse roles
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English
  • Strong attention to detail and strong customer service skills


Hourly Pay Range  $19 - $23
