1. 8-10+ years of accounting experience
2. Accounting experience in real estate or property management
3. Solid Excel and Yardi experience

FULL DESCRIPTION:
Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for month end, quarterly end, year end close process
- Responsible for financial audit and compiling information
- Reconciliations
- Prepare, review, analyze quarterly and yearly financial statements
- Responsible for lender and net operating, reporting
- Work with property managers and reporting
- Collect and deliver financial info to outside tax CPA
- Coordinate with 3rd party payroll firm
- Responsible for 15-20 entities to gather info for tax accountant
- Responsible for training and supervisor other accounting employees
Accounting Manager Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of Accounting experience in a real estate or property management background
- Heavy experience with Yardi and Excel
- Experience working with multiple entities
- Good knowledge of commercial and retail real estate/property management
$80K-$100K DOE
