  1. Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  2. Bilingual Spanish a plus

FULL DESCRIPTION:
 
Document Specialist Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Take incoming billing mail and sort it
  • Help enter initial billing info into system
  • File and relay billing info to correct department
  • Follow ups on reports that need to be sent or sent to correct department
  • Communicate with billing department on information input
  • Follow up with doctors/attorneys as needed
 
Document Specialist Coordinator Requirements:

  • Bilingual Spanish a huge plus
  • Good spelling/grammar/punctuation skills
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience with billing data entry a plus

$18-$19 DOE
