1 Professional Office Admin - 1+ yrs.
2. Bilingual Spanish Required
3. MS Office Suites
The Administrative Assistant will be required to take calls and greet clients in the office for a law office. Must be professional and bilingual Spanish. Will train on terminology and must have the ability to learn quickly.
- Answer Phones/Transfer Calls
- Data Entry
- Help with intake of client information and obtaining details of specific criteria needed (names/dates/descriptions/addresses/etc.)
- Bilingual Spanish
- HS Diploma
- MS Office Suites
- Professional etiquette on phone and in person
Hourly Pay Range - $18 - $20 hr.
