Full Description

The Administrative Assistant will be required to take calls and greet clients in the office for a law office.  Must be professional and bilingual Spanish. Will train on terminology and must have the ability to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer Phones/Transfer Calls
  • Data Entry 
  • Help with intake of client information and obtaining details of specific criteria needed (names/dates/descriptions/addresses/etc.)
Requirements
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • HS Diploma
  • MS Office Suites
  • Professional etiquette on phone and in person

Hourly Pay Range - $18 - $20 hr.
