Immediate opening for a Bilingual Receptionist/Office Assistant in San Jacinto, CA who possesses: 
  • Bilingual Spanish & English
  • 2-3 years of office experience - Payroll experience a huge plus
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel

FULL DESCRIPTION
 
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
  • Customer Service
  • Post office (every day at 10:30am)
  • Voicemails (review every morning)
  • Time Clock (review every morning)
  • Job Applications Hand-Out
  • Copier Supplies/Repairs/Refills
  • Help w/ Archiving
  • DMV Files & Registration Packets
  • ALL Office Files -  Renaming & Filing (Physical and Electronic Copies)
  • Order ALL Office Supplies
  • City Licenses Renewals
  • Enter Job Sheets, Scan, & Files
  • Lawsuits; Track & Save
  • Kitchen & Coffee Daily
  • Employee Photos
  • New Folders for New Jobs
  • Blue Loop (Supply Pro jobs only)
  • LOA, Vacation hour request
  • Fleet Management
  • A/R backup
  • A/R (Small/Misc & jobs)
  • Proposals for Estimates
  • Weekly Payroll (Paychex)
  • Type & Send Proposals for Small/Misc Jobs
  • Prevailing Wage
  • Weekly CPRs

The selected candidate will also possess:
  • Bilingual Spanish & English
  • 2-3 years of office experience - Payroll experience a huge plus
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel
 
Salary Range: $18-24/hour
