Immediate opening for a Bilingual HR Coordinator in Redlands, CA who possesses:
- 2+ years of recruiting and onboarding experience
- Experience handling timekeeping, HR files, and administrative work
- Bilingual Spanish
- Prior experience with medical billing or accounting is a huge plus

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Director of Operations with day-to-day admin work and processes
- Work on onboarding and recruitment for medical, admin, and billing staff
- Assist with timekeeping and timecards
- Help with translating items for patients and management staff
- Helping with employee and patient confidential files
- Assist with light medical billing and credentialing
The selected candidate will also possess:
- HS diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree preferred
- 2+ years of previous HR Coordinator experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to read, write, speak and
- understand English and Spanish clearly
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience with an Electronic Medical Record a plus
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Working knowledge of insurance (PPO, HMO, Medi-Cal, IEHP)
Salary Range: $23-$27
