- 3-10 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong writing skills (Must present writing samples and in a cover letter what litigation process experience they have up to trial)

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other filings
- Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses & experts
- Argue motions at hearings and attend case management conferences
- Communicate with clients regarding litigation strategy and case status
- Negotiate settlements and manage cases from inception to resolution
- Manage all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motions and trial preparation
The selected candidate will also possess:
- 3-10 years of civil litigation experience
- License to practice law in California
- A juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-relations skills
- Experience representing clients in all stages of pre-trial litigation
- Experience preparing pleadings/motions and making court appearances
- Experience drafting and responding to discovery, including depositions
- Experience with trial preparation is a plus
- Family Law experience is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Legal research experience through Westlaw/Lexis
- Must be team-player, motivated, organized and hardworking
Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $240,000.00/year
