Immediate opening for an Associate Attorney in Phoenix, AZ who possesses:
- 5-10 years of Civil Litigation Experience
- Active Bar License (CA preferred, AZ a plus)
- Strong legal writing skills (writing samples required)

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage a caseload from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic guidance
- Collaborate with partners and team members on case strategy
The selected candidate will also possess:
- 5-10 years of experience in civil litigation, construction defect, or business law
- Active Bar license in good standing in Arizona. (License in California and Colorado is highly desired)
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Trial or deposition experience is a plus
Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $185,000.00/year
