- 3-5 years of experience in the landscape or service industry
- 2 or 4 year degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a service industry
- Must be able to travel
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Manage service delivery to specified scope of work
- Supervise Production Manager in conducting field operations
- Communicate efficiently with Branch Team to ensure Branch goals met
- Proactively present site enhancement work to customers
- Assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by Branch Manager
The selected candidate will also possess:
- 1-3 years of experience in the landscape or service industry
- 2 or 4-year degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a service industry
- Able to train, mentor and develop employees on your team
- Must be able to travel
- Able to cultivate rapport and lead a team to execute goals
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Salary Range: $27-$36/hr
