  • Knowledge of 3PL and Logistics Industry
  • Experience performing administrative duties
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Office Equipment

FULL DESCRIPTIONThis position is responsible for performing a wide variety of complex and specialized administrative duties to support one or more functional areas, departments or managers; and coordinating office functions to assure efficient operations.
 
The selected candidate will be responsible for: 
  • Manage and maintain manager's schedules and appointments
  • Ability to perform standard secretarial duties
  • Ability to work with well with all departments and affiliates
  • Prepare different reports
  • Manage the company's social media
  • Work on marketing material
  • Reach out new vendors and maintain the good relationship with existing vendors
  • Negotiating cost
  • Some other HR duties and administrative duties
  • Perform other office duties as assigned 
 
The selected candidate will also possess: 
  • Knowledge of logistic industry and terminology
  • Experience working directly with "C" Level or Executive Management
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to write correspondence
  • Ability and familiar with reading and writing contract agreements
  • Familiar with Chat GPT application 
 
Salary Range: $50k-$70k/yr
