Immediate opening for a Accounting Clerk in Ontario, CA who possesses:

  • 6 months to 1 year of AP/AR experience
  • Good data entry skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

FULL DESCRIPTION:
 
Responsibilities:

  • Accounts receivable and collections duties
  • Assist with paying invoices and general AP duties
  • Enter in invoices and help process them
  • Assist with aging buckets
  • Other duties as assigned by accounting
 
Requirements: 

  • 6 months to 1 year of AP/AR experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel
  • Good attention to detail 
  • Data entry experience

$18-$22 DOE
