FULL DESCRIPTION:
Document Specialist Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Take incoming billing mail and sort it
- Help enter initial billing info into system
- File and relay billing info to correct department
- Follow ups on reports that need to be sent or sent to correct department
- Communicate with billing department on information input
- Follow up with doctors/attorneys as needed
Document Specialist Coordinator Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish a huge plus
- Good spelling/grammar/punctuation skills
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with billing data entry a plus
$18-$19 DOE
